Kentucky State University will be closed January 30

The National Weather Service has issued a wind chill advisory, which is in effect until 2 p.m. EST Wednesday, Jan. 30. Wind chill values of 10 below and 20 below are expected.

When inclement weather occurs Kentucky State University may cancel, delay or recommend its campus community use liberal leave.

Out of an abundance of caution and safety, Kentucky State University will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 30. Be cautious and stay tuned to www.kysu.edu and campus email for additional weather updates.

Only essential staff and service areas will operate as normal.
