Chelsea Durae Hardy is a Social Work major with a concentration in Spanish from Indianapolis, IN. She is also a soldier in the Kentucky Army National Guard since 2007. At Kentucky State University, she served in many organizations such as Peer Mentor in Mental Health, Event Coordinator for Apostolic Lighthouse Campus Ministry, an Upward Bound Mentor, a K-Rette in The Mighty Marching Band, and as Miss Junior 2011-2012. While serving as Miss Kentucky State University, her platform is “Self-less Service” where she plans to show the love for her university by putting students’ interest first and implementing them in her reign
