Creating Opportunities for Leadership, Transformation, and Scholarship (COLTS) is a scholarship-based youth development initiative with the aim of contributing to the next generation of scientists, entrepreneurs, and health professionals. The COLTS programs include:
- AgDiscovery (AgD) students ages 14 - 17 (nationwide applications accepted thru USDA)
- Pathways and Access to Careers in Technology(PACT) Middle School students entering grades 6 - 8 (KY residents only)
- Research and Extension Apprenticeship Program (REAP) High School students entering grades 9 -12 (nationwide applications accepted)
- Summer Transportation Institute (STI) High School students entering grades 9 and 10 (KY residents only)
- Youth Entrepreneurship Program (YEP) High School students entering grades 10 - 12 (nationwide applications accepted)
