Research Focus
Studying the effects of dietary and life style factors on the prevention of chronic diseases of minority and elderly population. In particular, we promote healthy eating habits and lifestyles to reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Evaluating the nutritional value and health benefits of agricultural products such as soybeans and their use in osteoporosis prevention.
