This online application for the Small Scale Farm Grant Program is provided as a convenience to program applicants. Applicants are welcome to complete either the paper form, or the online form offered below. There is no need to complete both forms.
In either case, we recommend that you print a hard copy of the program guidelines and application and review it carefully before you begin completing your final application form.
Of course, it is wise to keep copies of anything you submit for your own records. If you use the online form, we suggest that you either print or save each completed page before clicking the "submit" button. Once you are done and have clicked "Submit," a copy of your completed application will be sent to the e-mail address you enter on page one of the form.
Finally, you can also use the "Save & Resume Later" button at the bottom of each page of the form. This will save your entries for 7 days. KEEP in MIND, however, that you must copy the link provided and save it on your computer so you can use it later to access the form again. To be clear, you will need to save the link - and then use it within 7 days - or your work to date will be lost!
