To better serve the mission of Kentucky State University the IT Media Center maintains a small collection of audio/visual equipment that can be checked out on a short term basis. This equipment is available to allow Faculty and Staff to better serve the students here at Kentucky State University. Because this equipment is in constant demand we ask our patrons to return it as quickly as possible.
Policies

Only faculty and full-time staff can borrow equipment.

Equipment will be loan out be filling out the proper request form. A valid University ID is required.

The equipment can be delivered with 48 hrs, if proper notice is given.

Equipment can only be checked out for University related work and not for personal use.

Equipment can only be checked out for three days. Equipment can be checked out for longer periods but only for special events.

This equipment will not be loan for permanent projects.
Note: There are no fines for late returns, however, departments or individuals who repeatedly return equipment late will not be allowed to check out equipment in the future.

Video Archive
There is a collection of over 400 events from the past 20 years. The archive includes graduations back to the late 70s and convocation all the way back to the late 60s. Other special events are also included in this archive. (Please note: some of these materials are in older formats and may require special equipment for viewing.)
