Academic Transcript Requests

The Office of the Registrar processes all transcript requests. Students requiring a record of their academic course work (transcript) at Kentucky State University may request the information by contacting the Office of the Registrar.

HOW TO REQUEST TRANSCRIPTS

This request may be made in person by fax to (502) 597-6239 , or by calling the cashier on (502) 597-6250 with credit card information, or by mailing the request with a money order.   The requests should include the following information: social security number, current mailing address, dates of attendance, degree received, and applicant’s name as it was recorded when in attendance. Kentucky State University does not take telephone requests for transcripts.

There is a $10.00 fee per transcript; the exception being we are not going through registration, processing then will take up to one week. Any financial obligations owed to the university will delay processing of transcripts.
