The Office of the Registrar is the official repository for student records at Kentucky State University. This Office is responsible for the maintenance of these records, creation of transcripts, coordinating the registration process for each University term, processing withdrawals from the University, certifying educational benefits for veterans as well as many other duties that assist faculty, staff, and students.
