Dr. Daniel teaches courses dealing with international development, human resource management, and challenges which Latino immigration poses to the public service. He coordinates the Master of Public Administration program and has served as President of the Kentucky Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration. Dr. Daniel has contributed articles to the Review of Public Personnel Administration, Public Administration Review, and other scholarly periodicals. He speaks Spanish, has taught American students in Mexico, and represents K.S.U. on the Board of the KIIS study abroad consortium.
