Wyvette Williams is the Graphic Designer for Kentucky State University College of Agriculture, Food Science and Sustainable Systems (CAFSSS) and Land Grant Programs. Her primary responsibility is creating graphics for the College faculty and staff for successful program implementation. Her graphic skills include designing dynamic print and electronic publications, logo designs, posters and poster presentations, back-drop designs, vehicle wraps, displays, exhibits, billboard designs, signs and banners. In addition to her graphics assignment for CAFSSS, Wyvette also provides graphic assistance to KSU’s Division of External Relations and Development.
Wyvette has served at Kentucky State University since 1988. Prior to that, she was the Communications Specialist/Graphic Designer at the Tennessee Valley Authority in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. There she created technical illustrations for research publications and prepared camera-ready art for print production. She also served as the health coordinator for the Live Well program for the Fertilizer Technology Division.
Wyvette is a member of the Association for Communication Excellence in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Life and Human Science (ACE). She serves on the Graphic Design Special Interest Group. She also is a member of NETC and the International Communications Association. Wyvette received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in commercial art from the University of North Alabama in Florence, Alabama. |
