William (Hoppe) Darrell Baker

 

William Darrell Baker was born in Franklin County where he grew up, spending most of his time hunting and fishing with his sisters. Mr. Baker worked at the Research Farm in the late 1980’s, where he earned the nickname Hoppe, bestowed upon him by Dr. Tidwell and other Research Farm staff.

Hoppe has lived on Little Dixie Road for the past 17 years. Mr. Baker has a genuine passion for the great outdoors and educating our youth. He loves his job and eagerly and aggressively addresses every challenge each new day brings.
