Turquoise Brown-Patterson is a Kentucky State University Alumnus. She obtained her degree in Biology with a minor in chemistry. She plans to further her education and pursue a master’s degree in Public Health.
Currently, Mrs. Brown-Patterson works as an Extension Assistant for the Center for Family Nutrition and Wellness Education (CFNWE) with an emphasis on the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP). She develops and presents nutritional material to educate youth and families in the areas of healthy food selection, food preparation and food safety while promoting physical activities. |
