B.S., Chemistry, 1982, Sichuan University, Chengdu, P.R. China

Current research interests:

  • Application of vegetable diets in the prevention of chronic diseases, such as osteoporosis and obesity with animal rat model by the means of mineral/histological analysis in the bone composition and antioxidants analysis in vegetable and fruits. In addition
  • DNA recombination, mutagenesis of biomass for nutritional supplements
  • Catalytic degradation of lignin cellulose into biofuel raw materials
