Complete and discuss performance reviews and evaluations with staff; provide opportunities for staff training and development; work with employees to establish a detailed action plan for further development and improvement for staff; Coordinate and organize meeting room and equipment requests; prepare time sheets; organize the Dean’s calendar; serve as the liaison between the Dean and the staff; maintain the facility needs; participate on university committees, as deemed necessary.
