When a student is approved for the deferred payment plan and completes the necessary paperwork, payment is expected at the time of registration. Otherwise, at the end of late registration, anyone not registration complete will be dropped for reason of nonpayment. Additionally, the deferred payment plan fee is due and payable at the time of registration along with one-half of the total tuition, room, board, and other fees.

Last day of registration is Friday , August 25, 2006.

Personal checks are accepted campus wide for a variety of services (e.g., tuition and fees, day care, traffic tickets, the bookstore, etc.) with a valid KSU identification card. Should the check be returned from the bank, however, for whatever reason, a returned check fee will be assessed to the individual's account.

Upon receipt of the returned check, the issuer will be notified and informed he/she has ten days to make *restitution, including any related fees, to prevent any further collection activity. After the ten-day period has expired, the returned check will be forwarded to the County Attorney in downtown Frankfort for collection purposes. *(Restitution must be made in the form of cash, certified/cashier's check, or money order.)
