About CITLA


The Center for Innovation in Teaching, Learning, and Assessment (CITLA), a state-of-the-art facility now located in Academic Services Building 368, was established during the 2000-2001 academic year in Hathaway Hall 401 for the purpose of providing professional development for faculty and staff. It is currently staffed by the Director of CITLA and the Assistant Director/Technician.

CITLA's philosophy, the teaching, learning, and assessment "best practices" are constantly evolving suggests the primary mission of the program: to provide the technical and professional support to facilitate teaching excellence within the classrooms of Kentucky State University.
