Mission Statement
The mission of the Information Technology (IT) Help Desk is to provide quality and timely service to students, faculty, staff and administrators requesting technical assistance. The IT Help Desk is committed to bringing value to the KSU community in a professional and efficient manner by supporting the objectives of the Information Technology Department.
In order to provide timely and reliable service, the first point of contact for all technical questions or assistance is the IT Help Desk. The Help Desk can be reached via Telephone at (502) 597-5733, via Fax at (502) 597-6111 or via E-Mail at helpdesk@kysu.edu.
