Administrative offices of CESKAA are located in historic Jackson Hall. Jackson Hall is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and, as the first building on the campus, stands as a symbol for the beginning of collegiate education for Kentucky African Americans. CESKAA shares archival space with the University Special Collections and Archives in Blazer Library. Jointly, these two repositories position the University as the largest site in the Commonwealth for documents and artifacts related to the heritage of Kentucky African Americans. Blazer Library's African American Rare Book Collection is unparalleled in the Commonwealth. These resources preserve heritage, document stories and provide inspiration for future generations.
