Description On the day of the incident three students were observed behaving suspiciously. Upon further investigatiion it was determined that a drug transaction was taking place. An undisclosed amount of drugs were confiscated along with a considerable amount of money.The three suspects were placed under arrest and further investigation is under way.

Description On the day of the incident, a female student reported being repeatedly harassed by a male student in the student center. When the male student was continuously told to cease his unwelcome behavior he persisted, and proceeded to push the female student in her face on two subsequent occasions. Description At 2:00 this morning (after curfew) a female student and a male student was observed by a faculty member near Bradford hall in a seemingly compromising position. When the faculty member was noticed by the couple, the female student made the claim of sexual assault. After further investigation by university police, the female disavowed her previous statement, and proclaimed that all that had occurred was sexual intercourse between two consenting adults (they were both over the age of 18).

Description A male suspect was arrested on 07/25/07 after attempting to rob a female on the KSU campus. The altercation began on campus and when the suspect spotted the police approaching he fled by foot. The victim was assaulted while in her vehicle and $300.00 was removed from her purse. Once apprehended the suspect continued to oppose cooperating with the officers, and was subsequently placed under arrest.

Description On 7/10/07 the University Police Department received notice of the theft of a large amount of money from an office in the university cafeteria. It was reported that this occurred on or approximately on the afternoon of 7/06/07. There has been no further information provided concerning this allegation. During the routine inquiry conducted by the officer a fully loaded handgun was observed lodged between the seats. Description After receiving a call and being advised that there was the scent of marijuana present at Young Hall, an officer was dispatched and upon arrival an inquiry was made and a suspect was approached. Because of probable cause a pat down search was conducted and a small amount of marijuana was found. Also found was a small caliber handgun. The subject was read his rights and taken placed under arrest. This case is currently open and under further investigation.

Description On the afternoon of February 13, 2007 at around 4:09 pm the campus police received an e-mail stating that in room G3 of Bradford Hall's computer lab, there was the possible theft of a computer monitor. It is not known the exact day that the monitor disappeard, but it was discovered missing on the 13th of February, no further information available.

Description Suspect was arrested after officer was dispatched to Young Hall as the result of a report of a brick being thrown through the front window of a an automobile. Upon arrival at the above location the officer witnessed the subject in question to be in the approximate vicinity of the alleged incident, and during questioning it was determined that alcohol had been used. When questioned, the subject admitted to the consumption of alcoholic beverages. When the suspect was tested for sobriety he registered .101. It was determined that the suspect had no means of transportation, and no funds to pay for a cab, he was then arrested by the officer for his own well being.

Description Victim stated that his vehicle had been stolen from the parking lot of McCullin Hall located on KSU campus. The victim stated that he discovered his vehicle missing between the hours of 10:30 p.m. November 29th, and 1:45 p.m. November 30th. Upon arrival at the scene of the alleged crime the officers noticed broken glass where the victim had last parked his vehicle. At around 4:00 p.m. November 30 through the due diligence of this office the vehicle has been recovered.

Upon arrival on campus, the cab driver advised passenger that the fare was $62.00. The student gave the cab driver $32.00 and said he would run up to his room to get the remainder. The student who is unknown left never to return and still owes the American Taxi Cab Co. $30.00

Description On November 08, 2004 It was observed that a window at Bradford Hall had been shattered by an unknown object. This incident happened on the basement level of Bradford Hall outside of the computer classroom. This appeared to have happened on the outside of the classroom. No further information can be obtained as to when or how it happened
