Articulation Agreement is a model program developed by Kentucky State University and BCTC/JCC in participating Kentucky State two-year colleges to help students make a seamless transition from earning an associate’s degree to attaining a four-year degree in the program of their choice. Engaging transfer students in there succeed at Kentucky State University is of utmost importance.
