Contact Information Technology (IT) to obtain FRS Access Form. Complete personnel information, have supervisor sign form, and then forward it to Purchasing for screen access. Purchasing will forward form to IT to assign operator number and password. IT then notifies Purchasing Director who will e-mail access information, as well as, the name of Purchasing Buyer to contact for training.
