- To review and revise staff job descriptions for alignment with the job market
- To adjust compensation to market
- To develop a system of accountability and improvements in supervisor effectiveness
- To provide administrative support and guidance in setting compensation and benefits levels, performing payroll services, conducting training and development of employees, recruiting employees, administering policies and providing information to employees
