To provide service to the University by effectively managing the University’s human resources through programs and policies that contributes to the accomplishment of the University’s strategic goals.

Unit Goals/Objectives:

  1. To review and revise staff job descriptions for alignment with the job market

  1. To adjust compensation to market

  1. To develop a system of accountability and improvements in supervisor effectiveness

  1. To provide administrative support and guidance in setting compensation and benefits levels, performing payroll services, conducting training and development of employees, recruiting employees, administering policies and providing information to employees
