We are excited and enthused about the execution of current and future changes to increase our efficiency. Business Operations responsibilities under the Division of Finance and Business Affairs include Accounting Services, Accounts Payable, Student Finance and Collections (Bursar Office), Payroll, and Purchasing Services.
We have shaped our vision and goals to align with Kentucky State University’s overall mission. Fostering an atmosphere of integrity, open dialog, transparency and interaction with university constituents is a key enabler to our transformation and service offerings.
For the most part, our charge is to provide exceptional customer service, strengthen and stabilize the University’s financial position, increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and improve policies and procedures. We realize that our goals require significant improvements in our ability to track our finances and provide high-quality service to students, staff, and faculty. As such, we have become ambassadors for positive change, and have tailored business processes to align with best practices in higher education.
