I. PAYMENT IN FULL Tuition and fees may be paid in full in the form of a cashier's check, money order, cash, VISA, Discover, American Express or MasterCard. (Please note: CREDIT CARD CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.) Payments must be made at the Bursar's Office.
HOW TO PAY
Payments must be made on or before the published due date. If payments are received after the published due dates, late fees may be charged to the student’s account. For more information on payment deadlines, please refer to the Schedule of Classes. Payments can be made towards your account through any one of the following options:

Kentucky State University is proud to offer two online methods of paying for your college education. The two online methods are the FACTS program and WIRED.
The FACTS program is provided by FACTS Management Company, the leading tuition payment plan provider in the industry. They are working with KSU to provide you with sensible strategies for covering the rising costs of college.
Enrolling in the FACTS program is SIMPLE and SECURE! Connect to the e-Cashier Web site by clicking here. The payment plan can accommodate down payments and monthly payments. Before you click the Submit button, please carefully read through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. An immediate e-mail will be sent (if an e-mail address was provided for the person responsible for payment) confirming enrollment through e-Cashier.

CONSEQUENCES OF NON-PAYMENT
Students who fail to make full payment to the University for tuition and fees, when the payments are due are subject to the following actions at the University’s discretion: a) Students may be dropped from their class(es). b) Late payment fees may be assessed. c) Registration holds so that the student will not be allowed to register for or add class(es). d) Withholding of grades, diploma, and official transcript e) All penalties and collection actions authorized by law.
