If you have forgotten your password, contact the department responsible for the account. You will be required to verify your identity before your password will be reset.
Student Accounts Student Email, System and Wireless Login passwords can be reset by Information Technology helpdesk technician. These passwords can also be reset be the Lab Manager at the Student Center Computer Lab.

WIRED Accounts
WIRED account PINs are reset by the Student
One-Stop Shop. The Student One-Stop Shop is located in the Academic Services Building Suite 361. They can also be contacted at 502-597-5884.
Remember to always log out once you are finished with the computer so that no one can access your personal data or e-mail.
