All KSU students choosing to have a KSU email account are required to signup. Email accounts are not setup automatically. Upon completion of the form, the requesting student will be assigned a Kentucky State University (KSU) email address. It is important that you sign on and reset your default password and get in a habit of checking your email regularly. This email box will be used to send Official University information and some professor use this as a way to communicate with their students.
The form must be returned to the IT office in order to have the email account activated. The form can be dropped off, sent via email or faxed to 502-597-6111. Please allow a 24hr period for you account to be activated.

Passwords can be changed on-site in the Hill Center computer lab or remotely via Outlook Web App or by calling the helpdesk at 597-7000. Please be ready to verify your personal information in order the have password reset.
To login and change your password remotely, follow the steps below:
