The Office of Residence Life is now accepting housing contracts for Eastwood Garden Suites for the 2012-2013 school year.
Tours may be arranged by contacting our office at the number or email listed below.
All suites come fully furnished and consist of:
- one or two bedrooms; each bedroom will sleep two residents
- living room
- bathroom
- kitchen
- dining room
- on site laundry facility
Note: Housing accommodations are available for graduate students with/without family. Students meeting this criteria will be billed a different rate with specific terms and conditions outlined in their contract.
Expenses
The room and board rate is $2,120 (for room) and $1, 620 (for board) per semester. The room and board charges are not optional, and each resident must purchase a standard meal plan.
