This project must be delivered through a private developer, with a non-recourse private financing and ownership structure proposed by the developer. The University will master lease the project when completed through its Housing Office. The details of this relationship will be the terms of an Affiliation Agreement that will be executed between the University and the Developer/Owner Entity. The project must yield approximately 300 student beds. KSU wishes to maximize the bed count of this project within budget, quality, and site constraints.
