Welcome to Capital Planning, Construction and Facility Operations (CPCFO).
CPCFO is comprised of two departments; 1) Capital Planning and Construction (CPC), and 2) Facilities Services (DFS).
CPCFO falls under Administration, External Relations & Development and is largest university department serving the entire university community with over 70 dedicated staff members.
CPCFO is responsible for the stewardship of the university’s land and physical properties which consist of 41 building facilities on a 312 acre main campus in Frankfort KY, a 296 acre Research Farm located in southern Franklin County KY, and a 306 acre Environmental Education Center located in Henry County KY.
